Government Motors Flexes Muscle | Defense of the Republic

Government Motors Flexes Muscle Defense of the Republic

Most people in the U.S. do not care about Nascar nor even racing. Yes, it’s a popular sport among certain demographics and regions, but overall it’s not the focus of American Culture. One would classify stick and ball sports as the primary sports even though two of the three ranks below Nascar in TV ratings.

The reason for this post is more political. Government motors is pulling out of participation in Nascar. Why is that news? The majority of stock car racing fans are members of the opposition party. Nascar is a symbol of Southern. The sport grew from moonshining and blossomed in the SouthEast, becoming known as a “redneck” sport.

Cars are an American love affair, a tradition as the phrase, Mom, Apple Pie and Chevrolet reflects. We loved to drive for pleasure. Those days have ended, most of us cannot to go out for a drive. Our democracy, our traditional values and aspects of our culture are under attack by the Marxists.

This is far from the biggest issue out there. But it is yet another wedge between this government and the regular folks who live in flyover country. 2012 can't come fast enough.
