KU to Take H1N1 Precautions at Commencement

KU to Take H1N1 Precautions at Commencement

In light of the H1N1 virus, the University of Kansas will be taking some precautions at this weekend's graduation ceremony.

KU officials are encouraging graduates, guests and platform parties to use hand sanitizers that will be placed throughout the event on Sunday.

In addition, hand washing stations will be provided at the portable toilet facilities.

While even this may seem like extreme precautions, at least KU isn't banning handshakes like Wichita State did.
